Instructions for Presenters

Oral Presentations Guidelines

Invited talk: 20 minutes presentation + 5 minutes discussion. 

Contributed talk: 12 minutes presentation + 3 minutes discussion. 

• To find out the date and time of your oral presentation, please refer to the Full Conference Program.
• The file containing the presentation should be named with the session identification number followed by the surname of the presenter (for example: We2_3 Rossi). All session rooms are equipped with a PC with Powerpoint and Pdf software on which presentations can be uploaded during the conference using a USB flash drive. If required, it is possible to use your own laptop.
• To avoid any on site problems, oral presentations must be uploaded in advance of their schedule presentation time. Presenters are requested to be present in the room of their session at least 20 minutes prior the beginning of the session.

Technical staff will be at your disposal to assist and help in loading the presentation on the computers, run through it, and check it. 

Poster Presentations

Posters may be set up in the morning before the coffee break

Authors are requested to be present at their posters during the poster session

Note: at least one author of an accepted abstract is required to register for the conference.
